Sometimes Grad School is not so bad.

Tonight for dinner we made braised venison (marinated in red wine with rosmary and cumin) with garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes and sautéed broccoli with garlic and pine nuts. 

Dessert consisted of roasted apple halves with cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and oats.  With vanilla ice cream (of course).

It was all glorious.
