The New Yorker just published an article relevant to my recent incessant ramblings about science. Read it here. The gist of it is that science, like every single other human endeavor, is subject to bias.
Incidentally, suggesting this same thing has long been one of my favorite ways to enrage people who dismiss Psychology as not a "real" science.
